Career pathways are selected from four main industry areas:
- Technical Trades: Automotive, Carpentry, Electrotechnology, Plumbing
- Community and Services: Education, Health, Hair & Beauty, Hospitality
- Creative Industries: Entertainment, Events, Media, Design
- Business and Finance: Information Technology, Business, Retail, Real Estate
Each student’s pattern of study is made up from the courses selected within the career pathway.
Year 11 – Innovation and Enterprise Pattern of Studies:
- Four (4) Units of Mandatory Courses: Studies in Catholic Thought (1 unit), English Studies (2 Units) and Work Studies (1 Unit)
- Four (4) Elective Courses: Typically 2 or 3 of these are VET Courses
- One or Two Elective Complementary Courses: Photography, Video & Digital Imaging / Sports Lifestyle & Recreation / Mathematics Standard
Year 11 – Performing Arts Pattern of Studies
- Four (4) Units of Mandatory Courses: Studies in Catholic Thought (1 unit), English Studies (2 Units) & Work Studies (1 Unit)
- Performing Arts Courses: Typically 2 or 3 of Dance, Drama, Music (4) Elective Courses: Typically 2 or 3 of these are VET Courses
- Two Elective Courses: Entertainment Industry / Music Industry / Community Dance, Drama and Events, Events, Screen and Media (others)
