Commercial Kitchen

Work alongside specialist facilitators and qualified chefs in our purpose-built commercial and pastry kitchens. Students develop skills and  knowledge from a variety of blended learning and practical experiences through Kassala Training Restaurant and Catering, student run Cafe 83 and special events.

Restaurant and Cafe

The combination of a commercial kitchen, training restaurant and cafe within a learning space provides an environment where students have access to real life opportunities. Students are encouraged to engage in actual work activities aligned to course competencies and employability skills. These opportunities also assist students in building and developing their skills and confidence whilst also gaining course requirements for industry experience.
