SIR30216 – Certificate III in Retail

This qualification is delivered on-site at Southern Cross and aims to provide students with the foundation knowledge and elementary skills required to work in a retail environment and provide assistance to customers and the community.  The qualification is recognised as an entry-level qualification for employment in the retail services industry and provides opportunities to:

  • Use a range of retail equipment and technology
  • Create and maintain displays and perform stock rotation
  • Provide client services— receive clients, make appointments and handle client inquiries and complaints
  • Develop skills in advising and selling products
